Meta's messaging app, WhatsApp has released another useful feature that allows web and desktop users the ability to pause and resume voice recordings.
WhatsApp introduced the new feature after some changes were made on the user’s interface to allow clients to listen to voice notes before sending them and the possibility to join the official beta program of WhatsApp Desktop.
As displayed in the screenshot, there is a new pause button (in the previous version, there was a stop icon) that allows you to pause the voice note. This will allow users to listen to the voice note before sending or delete and the user can resume the recording.
This feature is already available on WhatsApp for iOS and we’re waiting for the availability on WhatsApp beta for Android.
