Why Bovi Is Banned From Entering The US

Comedian Bovi Ugboma has revealed that he has been banned from entering the United States of America.

In a recent Question and Answer session, he had with fans on Instagram, Bovi said he was banned from the country due to a clash with a visa-issuing officer.

A fan had asked him to come to Massachusetts to perform and he said: “I’m banned in the USA.”

Again, he replied to another fan who asked him if he would leave the country.

“I am a citizen of the world. Except for Yankee where I’m banned,” he wrote.

Narrating the reason for the ban, he said, “Ill luck. Met a charity-like visa-issuing officer. Egos clashed. I was labeled. I go dey carry shoulder.”

Also, he clarified that there is no issue between himself and his colleague AY Makun after an inquisitive fan had asked why he and AY don’t perform at each other’s show.

Comparing American comedians, Bovi said, “Have you ever seen Chris Rock at a Henry Hart show?”
