A fan had criticized her for doing so. He was perplexed as to why she would do such a thing, knowing full well that the Queen had colonized her country, stolen their lands, and enslaved their people.
“U named ur daughter after a woman who colonized your country stole from ur land and enslaved ur ppl???? OKAY”.
Caroline Danjuma responded by saying that it was her decision to do so. She pointed out that people continue to name their children after those who sold Nigeria out of greed.
She wrote:
“My choice…. same way people named their kids after those that sold Nigeria out of greed”.
The proud mother celebrated her daughter's new accomplishment, proving that she did not make a mistake in her daughter's name choice.
The little star had emerged as the class captain.
Caroline Danjuma complimented her on her responsibility.
She wrote : “Congratulations to the latest class captain in Lagos…my responsible baby girl Elizabeth. The Lord is good”.
