Why Funke Akindele Is Better Than Other Deputy Guber Candidates — Jandor [Video]

Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran aka Jandor, the PDP governorship candidate, has expressed his admiration for Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele, stating that she is better qualified than any other deputy governorship candidate in Lagos State.

He made this assertion during an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo when asked why he chose the actress as his deputy candidate.

Jandor argued that Funke Akindele, who has a law degree and over 20 years of experience as an employer of labour, is far more qualified than the current deputy governor of Lagos, Kadri Obafemi Hamzat.

He also pointed out that the governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and his deputy, Hamzat, have never employed more than three staff before their current positions.

According to Jandor, Funke Akindele has been successful in sourcing funds and turning them around in the economy, and has stood out in her chosen career.

He believes that she is highly qualified to hold the position of deputy governor, and criticized those who think it is a difficult job.

Jandor added that he is very popular among both the political class and the grassroots and needs a valuable ticket for his election.

He sees that value in Funke Akindele and is defending her as the best candidate for the position of deputy governor.
