Why Victony Is Sticking To Two-Month Break From Music

Victony

Nigerian singer Victony has revealed that his doctor asked him to take a two-month break from music and he has no intention to be stubborn about it.

In a statement via his Twitter page, Victony claimed that his most recent surgery, which was also his third and last, was a smooth and not smooth experience.

According to the singer, he has been creating the best he can prior to the surgery and can’t wait to show his fans.

However, he noted that there is no point in releasing music when he cannot be part of it.

In light of this, the ‘Holy Father’ singer asked for his fan’s prayers and loyalty pending the end of his two months hiatus.

Victony was involved in a fatal car accident in April 2021, which claimed the life of his friend, leaving him in critical condition.

He underwent major surgery and was confined in a wheelchair.

The artiste was said to be returning home from a birthday party in the company of his friends when the incident occurred.

In December 2021 at the ‘A Decade of David’ concert by Flytime entertainment, Victony stood up for the first time since the accident to perform his hit single ‘Holy Father’ with Mayorkun.
