Nigerian singer Ikuforiji Olaitan aka Oxlade is full of adoration for Wizkid as he credits the ‘Essence’ singer for giving him his first O2 Arena performance back in 2018.
Speaking with Capital Xtra, Oxlade said that Wizkid is one of the blueprints in the music industry.
According to the 25-year-old ‘KU LO SA’ hitmaker, Wikzid is the person one can run to on matters relating to one's artistry and brand.
“He gave me my first O2. 2018. He brought me out in Paris, Accor, 21,000 people like two weeks ago.
“He's literally like one of the blueprints. That prototype.
"He is that person that you run to when you feel like you need to check and balance your artistry and your brand.
“He is a big bro, we came from the same hood.
"It's nothing but love from this side between me and Wiz,” Oxlade said.
