Super star singer, Wizkid, has said he can't sing for Nigeria because he believes it won't bring about any change in the bad leadership of the country.
Wizkid said this in a tweet on Wednesday, while responding to a request from a follower.
AllNews gathered that the follower identified as @Zaheershoeplug1 had said "I’d be so excited if you can just drop a song highlighting some of the critical issues going on in this country. I trust and believe it will go a long way. God bless you kin, massive respect for you."
Responding, the "Joro" hit maker recalled that late afrobeats legend ela Kuti sang about bad leadership and governance but the songs did not provoke any change.
Wizkid tweeted "Fela made songs before I was born about the issues of bad leadership and governance and even to this present administration!! my brudda nothing has changed. We gats do more."
