World Cup Qualifiers: Mane inspires Senegal to  4-0 win over

Senegal began the World Cup Qualifiers on the African continent with star forward Sadio Mane popping up with a brace to inspire his side in the game.

It was a game the Teranga Lions of Senegal were expected to win and they did just that to pick up the maximum points at stake.

Pape Matar Sarr opened the floodgate for goals as early as in the 1st minute of the game to make it 1-0 to Senegal.

Five minutes later Sadio Mane would get on the score sheet to make it 2-0 to the delight of the home fans.

The home side was 3-0 to the good thanks to a goal from Lamina Camara at the stroke of half time (45 minutes) to make it 3-0.

In the second half, Senegal sought for the fourth goal of the match but it all paid off in the 57th minutes as Sadio Mane notched his brace to seal a convincing 4-0 win over African minnows South Sudan.
