World War 2 In Oniru As Mobs Attack Late Oba's Son

Son of Oba Abiodun Idowu Oniru, the late Oniru of Iruland who died in 2019 and brother to popular Nigerian OAP, Toolz Oniru, Prince Tijani Oniru has been spotted in a viral video being mobbed by men who had “security” inscribed on their outfits.

AllNews could not ascertain what led to the serious fight as of the time of filing this report.

However, online sources say the reason for the attack on Sunday might be connected to properties the late king gave to his children. In the video, one of the boys can be heard accusing Tijani of slapping him, while another one corroborated the claim by saying he started it.

“The boys saw Tijani walking into the estate and accosted him. They requested that he returned the properties his late father gave him to the new Oniru of Iruland. But for the timely intervention of the estate’s security personnel, he’d have been beaten to a pulp by the boys,” an eyewitness said.

Meanwhile, this online news platform understands that Prince Tijani Oniru (TJ) is a cousin to the current and 15th Oniru of Iru Land, Oba Abdul Wasiu Omogbolahan Lawal (Abisogun II) who was installed early last month.
