Yahaya Congratulates Jauro, Arabi On Appointment Renewal

The Governor of Gombe State, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has congratulated Professor Aliyu Jauro and Dr Dasuki Ibrahim Arabi over the renewal of their appointments by President Muhammadu Buhari.  

The president recently renewed the appointment of Jauro as the Director-General of the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA).

Meanwhile, Arabi's appointment was renewed as the Director-General Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) for a second term. 

In separate congratulatory messages, Yahaya described their appointments as well deserved.

He noted that the appointments were because of their performance and the significant achievements recorded by their respective agencies under their stewardships. 

This was contained in a statement on Saturday by Ismaila Uba Misilli, spokesperson to the governor.

According the statement, the governor particularly praised Jauro for "his innovative approach and revolutionising the compliance, monitoring and enforcement of environmental regulations in NESREA."

He noted that Arabi has aid the evolving global best practices and measures in ensuring efficient service delivery in the nation’s public sector.

He called on the duo to continue to bring pride and honour to their home state (Gombe) and keep on with the remarkable trajectories and positive dispositions they were known for. 

The Governor assured them of the support and solidarity of the government and good people of Gombe State always.
