NDDC had made it compulsory for travellers to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test before they are permitted to travel by air.
2Baba aired his grievance at the poor functioning online site of the agency as well as the staff who are never on duty to answer the calls of Nigerians who need their assistance when they encounter difficulties or issues.
