Zainab Yusuf Balam
The councillor representing Jimiya electoral ward at the Wamba Legislative Arm, Nasarawa State, Zainab Yusuf Balam has been commended for the water projects she executed since assuming office.
The projects located at Ambaka, Zalli, Kumburu-A and Kumburu-B of the ward has earned the legislator people’s trust and confidence.
Youths of the ward under the aegis of Jimiya Progressive Youth (JPY) gave the commendation recently during a meeting with the Councilor.
Balam was also commended for prioritising the welfare of her constituents as promised.
Leader of the group, Comrade Adamu Sani described her representation as most life-impactful in ward's history and assured of continued support to deliver more dividends of democracy.
On her part, Balam who appreciated the youth group for the visit promised to continue to do her best for the well-being of her constituents.
She urged them not to relent in their support and prayers, stressing that all hands must be on deck to take the ward to greater heights.
Balam elected on the platform of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) is also the Deputy Speaker of Wamba Legislative Arm.
