YQ Breaks Silence On Being Kicked Out Of Ex-Girlfriend's House Over House Rent

Nigerian singer, Yakub Jibril, better known as YQ has denied claims that he was kicked out of his ex-girlfriend’s house over the inability to pay rents and other bills in the United States.

AllNews reports that YQ’s ex-girlfriend had taken to social media to share a video of hers, asking him to leave the house, saying “tomorrow makes it a month”

“Please tell YQ to run me my rent money, I’m his ex-girlfriend and he neither never pays or pay late. I’m sick and tired of his mess,” she captioned the video.

However, reacting to the video and allegation, the singer shared screenshots of his conversation with Jya, noting that he left due to domestic violence.

According to the screenshots, his ex-girlfriend claimed that she did not post the captions, but her friends did.

In his caption, YQ wrote “I hail. I won’t say or post anything further to break anyone. I only ran from abuse and domestic violence because I swore to never lay my hand on a woman. MAKE UNA DE FLEX DE GO.”
