Nollywood actor Yul Eochie is bothered about the alarming rate at which young Nigerians are dying of kidney failure and has shared a post seeking professional counsel.

Taking to his official Instagram account on Friday, the celebrity who is still facing backlash over his marriage to a second wife disclosed that people in their 20s now die of the ailment.

Addressing doctors and medical practitioners, Edochie asked about the causes of kidney failure, wondering if there are early detection signs to check it.

"Kidney failure has become rampant in our society today. Even young people in their 20s are dying of it. To our doctors and medical practitioners in the house, please help.

"What are the causes of kidney failure? Are there early detection signs so it can be checked?", the actor wrote.
