This was disclosed to State House correspondent after a closed-door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the statehouse, through the Minister of Aviation, Senator Hadi Sirika.
The minister said the government is working to ensure that abductions in schools in the country did not repeat itself.
Sirika told reporters that “The government of President Muhammadu Buhari has done everything possible to ensure safe schools. It has recently rejigged the national security architecture… and everything that is made possible to stop this from happening again has been put in place.”

Senator Sirika added that there may be possibilities that some people were trying to embarrass the government, boasting that the government has the resources to give the best when it comes to securing the country.
The minister had earlier led the federal government delegation on a commiserate visit to Zamfara. He added that President Muhammadu Buhari is saddened by the development in Jangebe, promising that the government will use all the resources at its disposal to tackle the miscreants.
He then stated that the federal government will continue to support the effort of the Zamfara government, to ensure the security challenge confronting the state is solved.
