Zenith Bank has launched a new automated voice banking service which will enable customers to perform banking transactions through their registered phone numbers.
Speaking on the launch, the Group Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer, Mr Ebenezer Onyeagwu, said; “Zenith automated voice banking service is designed to ensure a truly amazing experience that will offer convenience for our teeming customers.”
Explaining further, Onyeagwu urge customers to leverage the new self-service option provided to them in this pandemic period.
“The bank remains a clear leader in the digital space with several firsts in the deployment of innovative products, solutions and alternative channels that ensure convenience, speed, and safety of transactions."
