Zlatan shows no signs of slowing down as he fired his first goal since his self-isolation of the coronavirus from a spot-kick, Handanovic denied his first attempt but he followed it with a low fastball in to give Milan 1-0 over Inter Milan.
The second goal came from Leao's assist as he sent a cross in for the Swedish international and tucked it home in style.
Inter Milan responded through Lukaku after Kolarov-Perisic linked up to send a low ball in for Lukaku to tap in.
The rest of the game was just each team trying to equalize or extend the lead.
Inter Milan left with no point as AC Milan ran away with all three points.
