Zulum Attends Funeral Prayer Of Yachallu In Maiduguri

The Governor of Borno State, Babagana Umara Zulum, has attended the funeral prayer of Late Yachallu Bukar in Maiduguri, the state's capital. 

The deceased was the mother of Aja Bukar, the Ministerial Secretary of the Borno State Pension Board and Barrister Adam Bukar, Deputy Director of Procurement at the Nigerian Army University in Biu. 

The funeral prayer took place at Ngomari Airport behind Brabra Close, Maiduguri, drawing thousands of mourners. 

The Chief Imam of Borno, Imam Laisu Ibrahim Ahmed, led the prayer

After the prayer, the remains of Late Yachallu was laid to rest at the Gwange graveyard in Maiduguri. 

Special prayers were offered for Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased and strengthen the grieving family in coping with the loss.

The governor was accompanied by Sugun Mai Mele and other top government officials to the funeral.
