Ander Capa Rodríguez (born 8 February 1992) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Athletic Bilbao as a right-back or a winger.
He played mainly with Eibar during his career, representing the club in all three major levels of Spanish football. During seven seasons, he played 214 competitive matches and scored 15 goals.
Right-back, having converted from positions higher up the field, who knows better than anyone what it is like to earn a position based on work. From the never-ending conveyor belt of talent that is the Danok Bat school, he tried his luck at SD Eibar, where he was a key player in the rise of The Gunsmiths to the top flight under the reins of Gaizka Garitano, with whom he began in the third tier.
Having previously aroused the interest of many teams, he moved to Athletic in the summer of 2018 and completed a remarkable first season with The Lions. Guaranteed physical performance, discipline and tactical rigour, qualities that define the player from Portugalete.
