Ife North is located in the southwestern part of Nigeria, about 200 kilometers northeast of Lagos. It is bordered by Ife Central to the west, Ayedaade to the north, Orolu to the east, and Atakumosa East to the south.
Ife North is predominantly an agricultural area, with cocoa, yam, and cassava being the main crops. The area is home to small industries, including food processing, furniture making, and pottery.
