The Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Benue State, Titus Uba, has expressed optimism that the party has all prospects to win in next year's general elections.
The honourable speaker made this known on Tuesday during a courtesy visit of the leadership and members of We Move Support Group at his residence in Makurdi.
He expressed appreciation to God Almighty and the leadership of PDP in the state for giving him the opportunity to fly the party's flag in next year's governorship election, pledging to make the party and people of the state proud if finally elected.
The guber candidate also appreciated the team for identifying and throwing their weight behind him for the task ahead.
"I am aware of the time and efforts the group has invested, not only to get the project running but to ensure the victory of the party in all elections.
"I'm overwhelmed by the show of love and I believe that there will be light at the end of the tunnel."
He further called on people of the state to support his candidacy and vote for PDP in all elections, noting that the party is the only political party that is prepared to take over leadership in the country and evidently has the manifesto that would address the challenges the state and country are facing.
