Nollywood veteran Kenneth Okonkwo has opined that Labour Party presidential flag bearer Peter Obi is the only option for citizens ahead of the 2023 elections.
The actor who made an appearance on Channels on Thursday stated that it is wrong to say that Obi is an alternative option because he is the only one.
"Peter Obi, by three opinion polls, it's not just that he is better, but that he is the only option.
"So, it is wrong to say that Peter Obi is an alternative option. No, he is the only option", the Nollywood star emphasised.

Okonkwo who recently defected to Labour Party added that he was not aware of his colleagues in the industry throwing their weight behind APC's Bola Tinubu.
According to him, those behind Tinubu are politicians and are entitled to visit anyone and collect their "appearance fee".
"I am here talking as a politician, not as a Nollywood practitioner. An actor is entitled to his appearance fee. And if you call him as an actor, you have to pay him", he added.
