The Kaduna State Commander, Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Babangida Dutsinma, has confirmed the rescue of eight kidnap victims in the state.
Dutsinma, who made this disclosure in Kaduna on Thursday, also said that two suspects were arrested during the rescue operation.
Narrating events to journalists, he said that the kidnappers disguised as commercial taxi drivers and abducted their victims in Kawo area, along Kaduna-Zaria road but his men were able to intercept them.
