Actress Halima Abubakar has announced that she is quitting Nollywood.
The ill actress, who has been involved in several controversies over the years, shared the news on her Instagram page.
She told to her manager that she would not be appearing in any more films.
She expressed gratitude to all of her followers for their support and prayers.
“Halima Abubakar quit acting. We are so grateful for all the prayers.
"God bless you all but as from today, she will no longer act. It is her wish. We love you all.
"Thank you for the support. She is so downcast.
"She really did love acting. Thank you."
