The rumour circulating the social media space right now is the breakup between actor Alexx Ekubo and his girlfriend, Fancy Acholonu.
It has been alleged that Fancy called off their wedding and even deleted their joint Instagram.
However, there seems to be no truth to this rumour. The only situation pointing in that direction is the fact that as of the time of this writing, the couple is no longer following each other on Instagram.
But then, the unexpected development is not enough proof to draw conclusions that their impending wedding has hit the rocks. Unfollowing on social media could have easily been for other reasons, one of which is an argument.
Lovers quarrel all the time, which could lead to unfollowing each other on social media temporarily but that is not an indicator that their relationship is off.
Recall that Ekubo proposed to his girlfriend of five years in May and she accepted to spend the rest of her life with him.
Speaking on the proposal, Fancy revealed that she thought she was going for a photoshoot with her sister not knowing it was a setup by her longtime boyfriend.
Ekubo went on to share the wedding invite on his Instagram which is scheduled for November.
The traditional marriage will hold on November 20, 2021, in Imo state while the white wedding tagged 'Falexx Forever' will take place the next Saturday, November 27th in Lagos State.
