The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar has hailed his supporters in Ede and Osogbo.
Atiku who was in Osun State for his presidential campaign rally towards the 2023 election lauded the Timi of Ede, Oba Munirudeen Adesoji Laminisa and Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Olanipekun.
"Late yesterday night, I met with the Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Olanipekun Oyetunji. And this morning, the Timi of Ede, Oba Munirudeen Lawal, hosted my team and I at his palace.
"The love we received on the streets of Osogbo and Ede was electric.
"My appreciation to the two townships and their stools is absolute.”
Earlier, Atiku and his entourage has visited the Ooni of Ile-Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi and the Owa Adimula of Ijesaland, Oba Gabriel Aromolaran.
