The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has commenced its South-South Congress in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State Capital, despite a restraining order of Calabar High Court.

The Chairman of the South-South Governors’ Forum and Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, while addressing journalists on Tuesday in Rivers State, said the party is getting ready to take over power at the national level in 2023.

However, Okowa did not make any mention of the court order.
