Actress Kemi Afolabi has taken to social media to warn Nigerians not to body-shame her despite her weight gain.
In a video shared online, the actress is seen trying a costume at a movie location with the help of four other colleagues.
However, it turned out to be a thug of war as they kept on struggling to fit her body into the costume. She could not fit in the dress as it caused so much discomfort.
The dress was eventually held with a belt to continue the movie production.
According to Kemi, she only gained weight but did not kill someone; in other words, nobody should body-shame her for getting fat.
She wrote:
"Na fat I fat I no kee person. Las Las na belt we take hold dress @ijesha_ibk you dey Madt
"AJULO set shenanigans."
