Some Nigerians have taken swipes at the founder of The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Prophet TB Joshua's visit to the mountain to pray against coronavirus.
Allnews reports that TB Joshua had visited the mountain on Wednesday, April 22 through April 26th.
Clips and photos of TB Joshua praying on the mountain were shared on his Twitter handle.
Joshua had said about one month ago that "the real COVID-19 is gone", insisting that "it is the remnants of the Coronavirus disease we are seeing".
Some Twitter users mocked the cleric on Tuesday, with some claiming that he only went for a photoshoot while others blasted him for displaying photos of him praying against the virus.
I hope when this pandemic is over, Nigerians will remember that Oyedepo, Adeboye, TB Joshua, Sulaiman, Oyakhilome and other miracle peddlers are simply showmen who couldn't perform when we needed them the most.
