Dr Alabi Abolore, the Kwara Commissioner for Tertiary Education, has given assurance to stakeholders in the sector that the second tenure of Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq will lead to an improvement in the quality of service delivery.
Abolore gave this assurance during the assumption of duty of the new Permanent Secretary, Hajia Habiba Saidu, at the ministry's office on Monday in Ilorin.
The Commissioner emphasised that the re-election of AbdulRazaq would bring about productive and structural enhancements in all tertiary institutions across the state.
Saidu supported the commissioner's statement and urged ministry staff to remain committed and focused while discharging their duties.
She also cited the garment factory, which is nearing completion, as one of the governor's major accomplishments, highlighting numerous achievements across all sectors during his first tenure as a clear testament to his re-election.
The permanent secretary expressed appreciation for the warm reception she received and called for a cooperative working relationship with the management and staff of the ministry.
