To perform laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations
To prepare specimens, samples and reagents
To operate and ensure regular maintenance of laboratory equipment
To participate in equipment validations, calibrations, quality controls and assessment
To ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced
To promptly and accurately record laboratory results and present them to pathologist for approval.
To ensure the safety of all data records generated in the laboratory
To keep up to date with technical developments, especially those which can save time and improve reliability

We’re searching for a Senior Operations Manager (SOM) with proven experience focusing on people management (retention and talent), creativity, and who adds visionary thinking by establishing and assuring a high-performance culture within the designated Line of Business (LoB).
Expected to drive cross-functionally engagements to have a broader impact than its respective LoB.
The SOM is the most senior operations role at the Site/Country and has ample experience in leadership, communication, and leading a high-performing organization and client relationship management.

Warehouse Operations Management:
Manage end-to-end warehousing operations which include all inbound and outbound activities of finished goods and POSM items
Ensures daily stock movement from production physically and on the ERP system
Owns and manages all warehouse assets and equipment, drive asset utilization and maintenance
Ensure regular communication with the factory production team, customer service teams, finance teams on issues relating to inventory management as it might impact sales
