Operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) have rescued the kidnapped mother of APC Central Senatorial District, Candidate, AA Zaura, in Jigawa State.
The rescue came barely 24 hours after her forceful kidnap by gunmen suspected to be terrorists.
The Gunmen had in their numbers stormed Zaura town of Ungogo Local Government area of Kano State and kidnapped the mother of All Progressive Congress, Kano Central Senatorial candidate, A.A Zaura, on Monday
Chairman of Ungogo Local Government, Engineer Abdullahi Garba Ramat on Tuesday confirmed that she has been rescued.
Also, a top DSS operative who does not want his name in print confirmed to solacebase that they had rescued Laure and another aged woman who was abducted for almost ten days.
