Notore Chemical Industries Plc, one of the leading fertiliser and agro-allied companies in Africa, has announced the appointment of Jonathan Yusufu Pam to the company’s board as a Non-Executive Director.
Notore Chemical Industries' principal activities include the supply of premium fertilisers, appropriate education on best practices for farming, and proper deployment of these practices for optimum results.
The appointment was disclosed through a notice filed with the Exchange and signed by the company’s secretary, Otivbo Saleh.
According to the disclosure, Emmanuel Etuh’s appointment to the Board of Directors is to take effect from April 29, 2022.
Jonathan Yusufu Pam is a legal practitioner and the Managing Partner in the law firm of J.Y. Pam & Co. He is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in commercial law and practice.
