Taraba State Police Command has arrested 11 suspects over the murder of one sergeant Ogidi Habu, in Jalingo, and the kidnap of a customs officer who is a relative of the Emir of Jalingo.
Frank Mba, the Force spokesman disclosed on Sunday that the kidnappers have been on the wanted list of the Taraba Police Command for long.
The suspects were said to be indigenes of Taraba State and were all linked to the recent attacks on security personnel in the state.
The police have assured that the arrested suspects would be arraigned in court at the end of the investigation and efforts are geared towards arresting other criminal suspects in the state.
