The campaign billboards belonging to the gubernatorial candidate David Ombugadu of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Nasarawa State, and other political parties, have been taken down.
The said billboards were pulled because the parties did not meet the requirements for the display.
Operatives of the Nasarawa Urban Development Board (NUDB) carried out pulling down in Lafia on Thursday, alleging that they were mounted without authorization from the board.
The billboard adverts to candidates of other parties namely New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP), Labour Party (LP) and Social Democratic Party (SDP) were also pulled down.
