Crystal Chigbu is the Executive Director of The Iredell Foundation. She is a Nigerian social entrepreneur and development consultant with a focus on children and teens living with disabilities. The Irede Foundation provides hope to children amputees through education, support groups and empowerment. Crystal started her foundation after she gave birth to her daughter with congenital limb deformity and had to be amputated. She has been working to touch and mold lives of children via the foundation for over nine years. She has been working with child amputees from ages 0 to 18 years, giving them prosthetic limbs.
