Afrobeats queen Tiwa Savage has declared Tuesday, June 2 as blackout in the music industry to provoke accountability and change.
In an Instagram post, Tiwa said the blackout was as a result of the recent events, hence the need to reconnect with the community.
According to her, the entertainers being the gatekeepers of the culture, it is their responsibility to come together and hold each opther during loss.
The mother of one asked others to join as they disconnect from work and reconnect with the community.
