Toolz Oniru has recalled how a transfer embarrassed her at a public dinner after her bank failed to process her financial transactions.
It is no longer news that Nigerians have been cash-stranded for weeks and have had to resort to alternative methods of cash withdrawal due to a scarcity of naira notes in banks.
In fact, when customers attempt to make mobile transactions, banking apps may also fail.
Tools took to instagram to narrate her experience.
“These banks can disgrace you ehn, so I’m trying to pay for dinner, first POS declines then 2nd….people are looking.
"I legit want to stand on the chair and say, I swear I have the money guys, it’s just this bank doesn’t want me to be great”, she shared.
