An Imo State indigene residing in the United States of America, Dr Kevin Akor, has remitted N40,000 to priests of the Catholic Church for Mass to be celebrated for the victory of Peter Obi in the 2023 presidential election.
Akor, an old boy of St. Peter Claver Seminary, Okpala, Imo State wired the money via the account of one of his old boy, Hector.
“I believe God is at the centre of this Peter Obi’s presidential project and seeking more divine guidance for him is one of the best thing I feel I can do for him at this stage”, Akor said.
The full text of short message service he sent reads: “Oga Hector! I paid into our account the 40,000.00 Naira I promised should be used by our priest herein to offer Mass for the success of our next president, Peter Obi.

Thanks”.
