Nigeria's Vice President Yemi Osinbajo presided over the weekly meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) on Wednesday at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The development comes following President Muhammadu Buhari's visit to Portugal.
Present at the meeting were the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha and the Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari.
The ministers in attendance were those of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, Justice, Abubakar Malami, Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed, Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige and Communication and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Pantami.
Others include those of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr Mohammad Abubakar, Environment, Mohammed Abdullahi and Health, Osagie Ehanire.
The Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Clem Agba and Minister of State for Health, Adeleke Mamora were also at the meeting.
