History Of Ogo Oluwa

Ogo-Oluwa Local Government was created on the 3rd of May, 1989, during the military regime of General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida. The headquarters of Ogo-Oluwa Local Government is situated in Ajaawa, a town located a few kilometers away from Ogbomoso.

It shares boundaries with Ejigbo Local Government of Osun State, Oyo East and Afijio Local Government Areas, Adjoins Ogo-Oluwa West Local Council Development Area, and Oriire Local Government Area.
