The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, has stated that his counterparts Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) lack competence as they have no track record.
Tinubu who caused a major stir on social media after his interactive session at Chatham House in London said that Obi and Atiku are not qualified to become Nigeria's next president.
In a chat with BBC Africa, the former Lagos governor boasted of being the only presidential candidate who should rule the country next.
“Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar are not competent. They are not as competent as any other person out there.
They have no track record; none of them is qualified except me.
“Things are going very well. I’m very, very confident that this election will be free and fair. I’m the frontrunner and that’s why I’m getting many arrows”, Tinubu stated.
