An Application filed by Obadiah Mailafiya seeking to stop the Nigerian Police Force from investigating him has been turned down by a High Court sitting in Jos.
Mailafiya filed the application after the police invited him over a radio interview he granted where he alleged that a northern governor was the chief financier of the Boko Haram sect.
