Ezekwesili Writes National Security Adviser Over Alleged Intimidation Of #ENDSARS Leaders

Former Minister of Education Oby Ezekwesili has written Babagana Mungono the National Security Adviser over the alleged intimidation of Modupe Odele, one of the active voices of the #ENDSARS protest.

Ezekwesili who condemned the Department of State Service of Seizing Odele's passport on her social media page asked Mungono to immediately retrieve her passport from the Security Department and publicly apologize to her for trampling on her freedom.

"Today, I have written to Babagana MUNGONO, the National Security Adviser of @MBuhari @NGRPresident  to immediately retrieve @Mochievous  Modupe Odele’s passport from the SSS and publicly apologize for trampling on her freedoms. Maybe they’ll be wise this time. We’ll wait and see," she tweeted.

It will be recalled that the  #ENDSARS movement claimed not to have leaders however, there have been personalities that played vital roles in ensuring the success of the movement which includes Odele.

Reports making round social media indicated that Odele while on her way out of the country was apprehended by men of the State Security Service who seized her passport.
