This took us back to when Wizkid called Reekado Banks a clout animal for attempting to drop a single amidst nationwide protest against Special Weapons and Tactic (SWAT), a unit set up to replace the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) in October 2020.

AllNews reported that Reekado Banks took to Twitter to announce that "Gbedu must drop" as he would be dropping "Omo Olomo" featuring Wizkid.

Responding, Wizkid said it was wrong for him to drop the single amidst the protests. "Delete this dude ! Can’t believe you’re even doing this at a time like this. Old song ! #endsars fool!"

In another tweet that has since been deleted, Wizkid addressed his fellow singer as "clout animal".
