It is February 4 and Afropop singer Adekunle Gold has finally blessed his fans with his much-anticipated album titled 'Catch Me If You Can'.
The 14-track album houses four of his previously released singles — 'It Is What It Is', 'Mercy, Sinner' featuring Luck Daye, and 'High 'featuring DMW boss, Davido.
He features two-time Grammy-nominated Malian singer and guitarist Fatoumata Diawara on the first track on the album 'Born Again'.
On 'One Woman', Adekunle Gold enlisted American rapper TY Dolla $ign. British singer Stefflon Don featured on 'FYE' while Fousheé featured on 'Dior, Dior, Dior'.
'Catch Me If You Can' serves as the follow-up to his third album 'Afro Pop Vol. 1'.
The album was earlier scheduled for release in October 2021, but the Afrobeats singer postponed the date due to tactical reasons.
