Makinde Inaugurates Special Security Task Force On Ibadan-Ijebu Ode Expressway

The Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde has reassured residents and commuters of the Ibadan-Ijebu Ode Expressway of the government’s commitment to ensuring that they are able to go about their businesses safely and without worrying about their safety.

According to Oyo Affairs, the Governor gave this assurance on Monday during the inauguration of the special security task force at the Ibadan-Ijebu Ode Expressway.

He said, “I have all the commanders here. The Commissioner of Police, Director of DSS, and the Civil Defence Commandant are here. They are all working round the clock to ensure that the people of Oyo State are safe and secured.

The governor added that; " We only need to encourage them and that is why I am here personally to let them know that we are all together in this.
