Disney+, Max To Launch 'Avatar: The Way of Water' On June 7

'Avatar: The Way of Water' will be accessible for streaming on Disney+ and Max (the new name for HBO Max) on June 7th.

It's a bit rare for a big, recent film to be on two platforms at once, but 20th Century Studios, which Disney has owned since 2019, and HBO had an agreement in place for streaming rights to certain theatrical movies. Read more here

OpenAI Releases ChatGPT Application For iOS

OpenAI announced on Thursday the release of an official ChatGPT iOS app that gives users access to its well-liked AI chatbot while on the road.  

According to the firm, the new ChatGPT app will be available for free, be ad-free, and support voice input, but it will only be available to users in the United States at first. Read more here.

Sightful Unveils Augmented Reality Laptop 'Spacetop' For Mobile Remote Working

A company that specialises in human-computer interaction, Sightful has unveiled an "augmented reality laptop" without a screen that displays tabs over a 100-inch virtual screen called the "Spacetop."

The laptop, if you can call it that, consists of a full-size keyboard, a hardware deck, and a set of custom NReal glasses.  Read more here.

Bolt Invests €2.5 Million To Luring Female Drivers In Nigeria, Others

Mobility app Bolt has pledged €2.5 million to encourage more women to drive on its and other ride-hailing platforms.
