According to reports, Spurs have agreed to a deal to bring the Italy Under-21 to North London, it is expected to be announced in the next couple of days.
Although, Udogie will be loaned back to Udinese for the rest of the season before returning to Tottenham for the 2023-24 campaign.
The 19-year-old has been impressive for Udinese last season scoring five goals and recording four assists in 35 appearances in the Serie A.
He will be Antonio Conte's seventh summer signing joining the likes of Ivan Perisic, Richarlison, Fraser Forster, Yves Bissouma, Clement Lenglet and Djed Spence.
Udogie was born in Verona to Nigerian parents and he is eligible to play for Nigeria and Italy.
He made his debut for Italy U-21 in a 3-0 win over Luxembourg in September 2021.
Tottenham enjoyed a great start to the Premier League campaign scoring at will on match day 1 against Southampton in 4-1 riot.
They next travel to London neighbours Chelsea for match day 2 at the Stamford Bridge.
