The pair will square off on Saturday at the King Abdullah Sports City, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for the WBO, IBF, WBO, IBO and the Ring heavyweight titles.
The 32-year-old had opened up on the pressure of the bout and how he is going to handle it.
"There's definitely pressure. It would be wrong for me to say there's no pressure, that would be a lie,"
"It's going to be tough, it's going to go the rounds, going to get a minute break - it's how I deal with it mentally. I'm ready mentally for that pressure that's where I can thrive." Joshua added.
He also revealed that it won't be a big deal if he won the bout after being written off by boxing enthusiasts.
"Nothing. It ain't that big of a big deal.
"For everyone else, it is. You're only as good as your last fight. Once I win, [it will be] what's next?"
Joshua appointed Robert Garcia as his new trainer aftermath of the first bout loss to Usyk after he complained about the advice he was given during the bout.
Usyk is undefeated as a professional, with a record of 19 wins, 13 knockouts and 6 by unanimous decision.
